Portable Firewire for under $100

Here's a Maxtor drive for under $100 (Firewire and 7200 RPM) at Staples.

Portable Firewire Drive

Lacie now makes a Firewire version of their rugged drive -- including a 7200 RPM version. Microcenter has the low-end version. I'll try to find cheaper options...

correction

It's been brought to my attention that I accidentally called him a girl, the editing movie is of a guy. Sorry.

Some cool links, hope you enjoy them

That comic I talked about in my presentation drmcninja.com

And a really cool video with some insane editing

The craziest thing about that video is the girl doesn't know how to play piano or drums, crazy.

I'm posting now

Look Ravi I posted something on the blog

Silent Films with Live Music

I recommend Battleship Potemkin!

Hello my students!

Here is a good resource for book binding and book making techniques.

Also -- REMEMBER you need to get a hard drive if you have not. This rugged lacie should serve well (and is not too pricey compared to other drives).
